This blog was created to show drawings created in response to words chosen on the  game app Draw Something Free. 

Very soon into playing the game, I just wanted to draw something free(ly) and not be concerned with whether or not my drawings were going to allow my game companions to correctly “guess” my drawings or gain “coins”. 

It has been a great outlet for expression despite the limitations of the app’s provided tools and the limitations of an iPhone screen.

I have also enjoyed the game partners who continue to allow me to draw free(ly) and not “resign” as a result of not playing the game “correctly”.  Thanks for your patience!

Monetizing and homogenizing people’s creative impulses is nothing new so no surprises here.  This is simply just my creative response to the time I afford myself to draw something free(ly).
